IJP Community Regeneration provides services to charities, voluntary organisations, community groups, local and public authorities and regeneration agencies. Our consultants are all highly skilled specialists with extensive hands-on experience of:

Project development and management, feasibility studies, project appraisal and business plans

Partnership projects including the development and management of major funded projects in partnership with the public and private sectors

• Charity and company law, constitutions and charity administrative services
• Identifying and securing resources for projects, including Lottery and other public funding sources

• Day-to-day management of substantial trusts on behalf of the trustees / management committees

Our consultants have particular experience of working in inner city areas having spent some 30 years between them working in and with one of the country's foremost urban development corporations. The consultants' formal qualifications include legal, management and education. All have held senior positions within local and public authorities. All are therefore thoroughly conversant with local and public authority procedures and understand the political pressures and sensitivities on members and officers alike. All have been or still are themselves charity trustees.
